Michigan SSDI and the 1930 Federal Census

Mon. 23 Aug 2010. 2:16 pm

Yesterday I was looking at both the Michigan Social Security Death Indexes (SSDI) and the 1930 Federal Census. I searched for Delcourt, Marocco, Timmerman, Poelman and Goens.

In the 1930 Federal Census I found the Odilon and Flavie Delcourt family; the Joseph and Celia Marocco family; and so many Timmermans that I couldn’t figure who were the relatives. I’m going to need some help with you all on the Timmermans.

As far as the Poelmans’ are concerned I found names and all from Detroit, but none that looked familiar. Let’s see what I can find out about Emiel Poelman first so stay tuned.
